How direct mail is received

The following information is provided as information regarding third-party processing of incoming printed mail. I do not receive direct mail to my own address as this is private. Instead, I use a remote address where post is scanned and provided to me online.

As such, personal information provided on mail will be stored remotely. The business mailing address, as shown in contact information below, is managed by ScanMyPost ( This is a trading name of Credit Reporting Agency Ltd, Trevithick House, Trevissome Park, Truro, Cornwall, United Kingdom, TR4 8UN.

If you are concerned about the security of personal data handled this way, please use an alternative method to contact me. In some cases, I may request direct mail to be forwarded to me at my private address. Mail received at the remote address is shredded one month after receipt, unless forwarded on. I will personally shred any forwarded mail as soon as I no longer require it.
